5. Distances, travel times and connectivity

Distances, MRT stop counts and travel times are approximate and are reproduced from the developer’s brochure, which states that train stops were identified using the future MRT network map published at lta.gov.sg and that travel times were sourced from OneMap. Actual journey times vary with traffic, road conditions and the phasing of future rail lines. None of these figures is guaranteed.

6. Schools

Any school listed nearby is listed for reference only. Proximity to a school does not confer any priority or entitlement in the Ministry of Education admission process. School locations, catchments and programmes change. Verify current details with MOE and the school directly.

7. Future developments and infrastructure

References to planned precinct amenities, transport links or infrastructure describe plans published by the relevant authorities or the developer. Scope, design and timing are subject to change, and completion is not guaranteed.
